RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product sold on LFDL. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you might receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not match your original order.
Conditions for Return
Please do not accept the delivery of any item with damaged or tampered outer packaging.
If you open the packaging and find that the item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
If we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your amount within 30 days.
It is recommended that return packages be securely and adequately packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
We will process the refund after receiving the product at LFDL. Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used for the order:
For refunds by cheque, the refund will be processed to reach the customer within a maximum of 45 working days from the date of receiving the returned product by LFDL.
Orders paid through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
For all other payment methods, we will issue a refund cheque in favour of the name provided as the "billing name" during the order placement. The cheque will be delivered to your billing address.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder's credit card account, as this is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
